Artist's Description
With ample space to plan an attack and carry it out, a lioness at Busch Gardens Tampa stalks its male counter part and then pounces on him. Cooler mornings at the Florida theme park/zoo make for some interesting animal behavior not seen when the sun gets too hot. Having been to Africa several times I can say that it's just as amazing to watch these extremely well cared for big cats in captivity as it is in the wild. Photography though is much more difficult than in the wild where your guild will park the tour vehicle with the sun in the perfect position and with no fences, glass, bars, or funny looking people in flip flops competing for a good view you can make multiple exposures with several cameras and get the perfect shot.
